FAQ"s

Q: Do you provide the alcohol?

A: No. We legally cannot provide alcohol or mixers with your booking under liquor licensing laws. With your booking, The Jangueo Mobile Bar provides everything else you need for your bartending service. Check out the packages to get an idea of what we Do provide. 

Q: Do you carry insurance? What kind of permits will I need for my event?

A: Yes! We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request. 


For any permits that may be needed it is the clients responsibility to secure those. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us! 

Q: Where are you based out of and how far will you travel?

A: We are based in Greenbelt, Maryland. Our general rule of thumb is that we travel anywhere within a two-hour radius, but don’t be afraid to reach out if you are a bit farther! We charge a $2/mile travel fee for any location greater than 30 miles away; this accounts for gasoline and any tolls we may go through to get to you! 


Q: How can I book?

A: Send us an email or even a message on social media and we can talk more about your date and what you want for your special day. To reserve your date, we only require 50% at the time of booking and then the remaining balance must be paid two weeks before the event date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Q: What if we need to change our date?

A: We will work with all of our customers if something comes up & your date needs to be changed or pushed back. Your deposit will not be lost and we can transfer it to your new date. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your new date. Please keep in mind we do only have (1) mobile bar so just check with us first to make sure we can have the bar available for your new date!

Q: Can I decorate the bar to match our event?

A: Yes! We love decorating and styling our bar, but if you have your own theme or decor you want to add in- go for it! We love getting creative. If you need help finding a stylist or florist, we know a bunch! 

Q: What if we need more than one waiter?

A: Most events are fine with 1 or 2 waiters. Depending on the number of guests you have and how you want your event to flow. Each additional waiter costs $ 200 per night.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

AA: We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless The Barrel secures another event for your date.


In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. The Jangueo Mobile Bar does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain. 


We accept cash, checks or payments vial Zelle.
